Carrot vs. Carat

“I never worry about diets. The only carrots that interest me are the number of carats in a diamond.” ~Mae West

Here at JR Dunn this is a true statement. The number of carats of the sparkling diamonds that adorn you hand, neck, and ears are very important. A diamond is to last a woman forever, so why not be a big carat?! I recently came across this necklace on the JR Dunn website and fell in love. This Favero Jewels necklace would be amazing for a black tie event. By wearing this necklace with a black dress it would make you the belle of the ball.

If you are the woman who loves diamonds but does not want to be so flashy this classic Roberto Coin diamond necklace will glitter even in the dark. One of my favorites looks it a simple jean with a black top and all jewelry be diamonds. A small diamond necklace, diamond hoop earrings, diamond tennis bracelet with a diamond classic Chopard watch (one the same wrist), and a diamond ring, will complete this classic look.

Like Marilyn Monroe sang in her song, “Diamonds are a girls best friend.” So why not have your best friend always with you. Diamonds can be worn for that special occasion, a night out on the town, or just go shopping. Complete your look with a shimmering piece of jewelry. A diamond is not an item, it’s an investment….
